Water …

Most of us know how important it is to drink plenty of water, our skin is comprised of 64% water! Without adequate water intake, skin tends to be unhealthy and dry. For those of us who spend much time inside with airconditioning or heating, it is important to increase your intake of water as most airconditioners and heating systems dry the air and your skin.

So aim to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. But don’t just guzzle it down, spread your water intake throughout the day.

Your body can only absorb so much water each hour.

After that, you’re just going to pee it out before it ever makes its way through your intestines, kidneys, circulation

, and to your skin. Bottled or tap, it doesn’t matter … granted your city has decent water, that is.
